Wasteland or Untapped Potential rules Must spin the wheel to see what trade node I am allowed to build a country in I am not allowed to expand outside the trade node, other than the exception in rule #5 & #6 Whatever country I pick in the node must be located entirely within that node, if there is no country fitting that role I can lose provinces as a larger nation. If there is no country available in the node, i can create a custom nation with 200 points I am allowed once province in each node directly downstream of the main one I am allowed subjects outside of the node, but subjects can only have one province
