Chicken Kebab With Saffron & Yogurt Marinade — Cooked in the Wild Just me, the forest, and a charcoal fire. I marinated the chicken in yogurt and saffron — a classic Persian marinade that makes the meat incredibly tender and flavorful. Then headed deep into the forest alone, lit a fire, and grilled the kebabs slowly over the coals. After the meal, I poured a hot cup of tea and just sat there listening to the sounds of nature.
