The Mario Speedrun That's (Almost) Impossible

Today I'm taking one of the easiest speedruns in ALL of Super Mario Maker 2, the 99 lives speedrun, and turning it into an absolute nightmare of a challenge, one that I wasn't even sure was possible when I started. How? Simple: Input delay. For every life I collect, my controller becomes increasingly more delayed. Every life I gain equals 10ms, with my controller being delayed by nearly a full second when I finish. Is it even possible to complete? Let's find out.
