A Tribute to Harry Anderson

Today I am featuring A Tribute to Harry Anderson The straight jacket routine that Harry performed with his first wife, Leslie Pollack, inspired my own Challenge Straight Jacket Escape that I performed primarily for Blue and Gold dinners. Harry Anderson was born on October 14, 1952 and he crossed over on April 16, 2018 at the young age of Death 65. He died of a stroke in his sleep. He is best known to the general public for the role of Judge Harry Stone on the 1984–1992 television series Night Court. But he is best known to us as a great magician with a very well-defined stage persona. He started out busking in his teen years. He also performed magic with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He made eight appearances on Saturday Night Live between 1981 and 1985. He had a recurring role as con man Harry “The Hat” on Cheers. After the success of Night Court he started in the sitcom Dave's World from 1993 to 1997.
