A super fluffy creamy dessert in a glass. It's made very quickly and delicious. Really creamy and fruity. Here comes the recipe ingredients 500g fresh strawberries 250g low-fat quark 250g mascarpone 1 packet of whipped cream A total of 7 tablespoons of sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar preparation Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces Puree half of the strawberries Leave 4-6 strawberries whole and keep as decoration. Put the strawberry puree in the fridge. Whip the cream until half stiff and then add 1 tbsp sugar and then whip until completely stiff. Chill the cream. Mix the low-fat quark, mascarpone, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 4 tablespoons of sugar with a mixer to form a smooth cream. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the smoothly stirred mixture with a whisk. Now we pour the strawberry puree over the cut strawberries and mix them together well. Now we can layer the dessert. First fill the lower third with the quark mascarpone cream. Then distribute the strawberry mixture on top Now another layer of the white cream and then another layer of the strawberry mixture. Now drape a little white cream on top and finally a whole strawberry on top. If you have, you can also put a mint leaf and a few chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate over it.
