Fender Custom Shop Strat VS Schecter Nick Johnston

Howdy guitar freaks, some of you asked me whether my Fender Custom Shop 60s Stratocaster is better than my new Schecter Nick Johnston 10th anniversary model. I also became curious about the tone differences. The price difference is humongous but are the tone differences as well? The hardware on the Nick Johnston model is superior from my point of view. It feels very sturdy and for me as a session player I prefer the higher reliability of the tremolo and the quick string changes with the locking tuners.
