Tropical Depression Two Afternoon Update: Sunday July, 19

The National Hurricane Center has identified Tropical Depression Two in the Gulf. It is forecast to become a tropical storm by Monday afternoon/evening. Main impacts along the Gulf Coast include periods of heavy rain, high rip current risk, and the possibility of water spouts. Its track is expected to move west-northwest over the next few days, but its currently moving at only 1 mph. It is not expected to become a hurricane.
