Strike Commander Part 2 • Mauritania Mission 2

For our 2nd sortie we will attack rebel base. Stern's tip on attacking AA and radar on first pass is a valid one - though we can ignore the guns if we take out the radar - it's guiding them, when destroyed we will be able to attack the base infrastructure freely. Interestingly Stern had mid-air with the enemy Mirage, thankfuly he ejected safely. Those rear-aspect 9 Juliets suck ass, none of them achieved a hit this time, but that's probably my fault since for them to be effective you need to basically aim them right at the enemy tailpipe. Back at base Miguel reminded us that losing airframes will cut to our profits, the insurance company already replaced the lost jet for 500,000 $ according to the ledger, that's not the best start...
