This audio is a tête-à-tête between Karna and Draupadi – two iconic characters from the epic ‘Mahabharat’. The conversation is supposed to have taken place a day before the war of Kurukshetra and just after Karna’s exchange of words with Kunti. Just like Kunti, Draupadi had gone to Karna to request him to change his mind before the war. Even if the outcome is known to all, yet the conversation brings out Karna’s valour and selflessness, and ultimately, his sacrifice. Surely a treat to the ears especially for the diction and stylistics, this piece of dialogue is worth sparing a couple of minutes for.
