In today's vlog, I shared my entire week with you! We started Monday with a home office makeover: my new chair finally arrived so I can work more comfortably. I also showed the start of my new workout series, focused on weight training, strength, and fat burning. Throughout the days, I took you along on my routine of organizing the house, working from home, and my moments of self-care (there was evening tea, stretching, and lots of realistic conversation). On Friday, I opened up about my new diet plans and showed my outfit for going out. To close out the weekend, I showed my organizational purchases (new hangers for the clothes rack) and did that "farewell ritual" with pizza and a burger before starting the new health-focused strategy!
