At the armoury for a fitting: greaves and breastplate
Back to the armoury for the first fitting for my 1450 plate harness: greaves and breastplate. There is noise and dirt. Support me on Patreon: / lindybeige Making a full A.D.1450 suit of plate, or 'harness' as it seems we are supposed to say these days, takes quite a while. The fit of the greaves and breastplate is critical. Other pieces, such as tassets and cuisses, can be made easily enough just working off measurements. I was there also to discuss the design of the backplate, and we discussed other matters, but those are for another video.
