Judge Taín has just lifted the secrecy order on the Asunta case file. After two months of investigation, the initial evidence points to Rosario Porto as the perpetrator of her daughter's murder. The investigating judge's order states that Alfonso Basterra administered sedatives to his daughter in the three months leading up to the murder.
