Beef Stir Fry Recipe | Magimix Cook Expert Cookalong

Beef Stir Fry 1 Onion 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp ginger (optional) 1 tbsp olive oil 600g rump steak, thinly sliced Marinade of choice (Vanessa will be using 1/3 cup light salt soy, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, splash of red wine) 1 carrots, cut into short sticks 1 zucchini, cut into ½ circles 1 small red capsicum, cut into strips Baby corn spears Champignons or fresh mushrooms halved Broccoli florets 50g snow peas Marinate beef for at least an hour in the fridge if possible. Add sliced onion, garlic, ginger & olive oil to metal bowl. STIR FRY function. Drop temp to 140 degrees. After 2min add beef & continue for the last 5 minutes. Add selected vegetables, STIR FRY for 5min at 140 degrees. OPTIONS: If using chicken, add vegetables at the same time & after the 5 minutes check if chicken is cooked. If required run for 2 more minutes. Use any vegetables you have in the fridge. Use store bought marinade or be creative with what ever is in your pantry.
