Worship in Spirit Because God is an invisible Spirit, His followers must worship Him internally—not through physical, pagan-style rituals. John 4:24 (KJV): "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."Idolatry Forbidden Deuteronomy 4: 15 You saw no form of any kind the day the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire.
