Bills brothers Firebird Guitar Restoration

We received a request for an overhaul of a Bills brothers firebird type guitar. It is a Firebird type guitar by Bills brothers, a sister brand of Bill Lawrence of Moridaira Gakki in Japan (Maurice of acoustic guitars is famous in Japan). The work done was overhaul (parts, metal parts polishing, fingerboard polishing, fretboard polishing, body polishing, etc.), jack replacement, and toggle switch (pickup selector) replacement. It was overhauled. The jack and selector looked weak, so I suggested to replace them. I haven't touched a Firebird type guitar for a long time, but the neck looks slender compared to the size of the body, and I feel uneasy when I hold it. It's an old guitar, so I was even more scared... Still, the sound of the body that makes you go "Ooooh! I'm addicted to the sound of the body. To be honest, I had some concerns about the frets and the quality of the guitar, but if I had to solve all of them, the gap between the cost and the quality that the customer wants would be huge.
