南の終着駅である枕崎駅から指宿市にある道の駅山川港活お海道（いおかいどう）まで走行した動画です。国道226号を東に向かって走り、開聞岳がだんだん大きく見えてくる快適で風光明媚なルートです。アップダウンや急なカーブもほとんどなく、よく整備された道路をのんびりとドライブする気持ちのよい時間を楽しむことができました。 撮影日は、２０２５年６月上旬です。 This video shows a drive from Makurazaki Station, the southern terminus, to the roadside station Yamakawa Port Iokaido in Ibusuki City. It's a comfortable and scenic route heading east on National Route 226, with Mount Kaimon gradually coming into view. There are almost no ups and downs or sharp curves, and we were able to enjoy a pleasant drive on a well-maintained road. The video was taken in early June 2025.
