In this episode we take a look at the poultry industry. Poultry is Virginia's largest commodity, and it's Rockingham County that was once known as the turkey capital of the world. In fact, today's modern poultry practices of using brooder houses instead of a free range was started by R.B. Strickler and Charles Wampler, Sr. of Harrisonburg.
