All You Can Eat/ Buffet Type Restaurants at Hotel Xcaret

Today we look at 3 Buffet style restaurants at Hotel Xcaret. These three restaurants definitely ensure that you never are hungry. La Trajinera has a buffet lunch which usually is served inside, however the restaurant was under construction so the carts were given as an option to get food. The food was good, but it was disappointing that the regular buffet was not available. However, if you have never had one, get a marquesita with cheese!! Must! Plus minus points for the swim up bar at the infinity pool being closed. 4/5 stars. Mercado de la Merced is the main buffet at Hotel Xcaret. It holds an enormous amount of food from all around Mexico. Anything you want, you'll likely find there. What else can I really say. There is something for everyone there. 5/5 stars. Chibali houses an international selection of foods. The food is easy to access for kids with pasta and pizza options. Nothing fancy here, just good simple foods. It was all delicious, but the candy and ice cream steal the show. Grab as many Mexican candies as you want and take them back to the room. 4.5/5 stars. Have you been to any of these restaurants?
