So, who is the beneficiary, who receives Allah's mercy? The answer is given by Allah Himself: All creation, all humans, believers and non-believers, receive Allah's compassion. This is something Allah mentions at the beginning of the Quran when one opens it. The first thing we read is "In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful."
