Located in the fictional Star Wars universe, Star Tours - The Adventures Continue takes visitors on an eventful tour through the galaxy, with the C-3PO and R2-D2 droids attempting to safely return a rebel spy to the rebel alliance. The journey into space is random: Star Tours passengers experience four of thirteen different movie sequences - with a few segments offering slight variations - during each trip. This gives Star Tours the advantage of being constantly surprising. Even though visitors can experience 96 different trips, the main mission (securing the rebellious spy) is accomplished. The identity of the rebel spy is chosen by the staff member in charge of the attraction among the visitors of the attraction, and their image is presented during the space trip. The attraction opened on March 26, 2017 at Disneyland Paris.
