"The (...) healthcare system is currently not as prepared for mental and psychological illnesses as it should be." In the new episode of "Laut gedacht," entertainer Klaas Heufer-Umlauf looks back on his first interview with frnd.tv 13 years ago and reflects on whether and what has changed since then. His conclusion: Despite a more open approach to mental illness, more public attention and the removal of taboos around the topic are still needed. In addition to his reflections on and outlook on the topic of mental health, the entertainer tells us how he maintains a balance between relaxing evenings on the couch and the Berlin high life, how he uses his reach for marginalized topics, and why he thinks talking about them is so important.
