Braised Red Cabbage

This seasonal dish is good all year long. For under $5 for this side dish, you can't go wrong. Braised Red Cabbage Ingredients: 1 medium red cabbage 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (using maple syrup will make this a vegan dish) 2 tbsp Olive Oil Set the Instant Pot on sauté. Add the vinegar, water, and sugar. Stir. Finely shred the cabbage. Add the olive oil to the Instant Pot. Add the cabbage and stir to make sure completely covered with liquid mixture. Cancel the sauté function and set to Pressure Cook for 7 minutes. Let the Instant Pot do a natural release for 2 minutes. Enjoy! Music: https://www.bensound.com
