Building a Video editing PC with $100 and without a case??

Yo! Just had my birthday and had some extra money to build myself a new computer in a.. very odd way. Don't be afraid to buy that $200 dollar system from craigslist and improve upon that ;) Make sure its last gen, the PC CPU is over 3.0 GHZ and you're able to toss in a video card (PCI-E slot) with a few extra slots like a wifi card (PCI slots). When grabbing the old pc the motherboard is going to be the bases on what you're building on so make sure your Ram is last gen. So currently last gen is DDR3 (this is ram specs [2019]) so it'll be cheaper due to the fact that they're trying to sell out of last gen to sell more current gen (DDR4) ALSO alot of these items are out and prices inflated for some odd reason so upgrade where you can!
