Pushpa, the experienced head constable, is constantly torn between her family duties and her commitment to the police force. Karishma, a fiery Sub Inspector, enters the station as an outsider to its philosophy—used to beating first and questioning later, she now has to rely on dialogue and compromise. Santosh Sharma, the youngest member, is a shy newcomer navigating loneliness and city life. At the helm is SHO Haseena Mallik, a sharp, humorous, and empathetic leader who sets an example through her actions. The women tackle sensitive cases with warmth and creativity, bringing humor and heart to policing.
