Bill No. 14767-03: To initiate the study of the bill, in its second constitutional stage, that amends Law No. 17,336 on Intellectual Property, in order to regulate technological protection measures, with the highest level of urgency (Bill No. 14,767-03). The Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism, Mr. Daniel Mas Valdés, and the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage, Mr. Francisco Undurraga Gazitúa, are specially invited to this meeting. 2. Bill No. 18193-06: To initiate the study of the bill, in its first constitutional stage, introduced by Senators Núñez and Kuschel, Moreira, Saavedra, and Walker, which amends Law No. 19,886, the Framework Law on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services, in order to improve the provisions relating to procurement procedures (Bill No. 18,193-06).
