Hope you can find something new and fun through this video😋😋 Enjoy Baking! 5種類の簡単成形でウインナーパン(ソーセージパン)! 基本の惣菜・菓子パン生地で作りました♩ 動画を通して好きな形のウインナーパンを見つけてみて下さい😋😋 3:24 ①Hot Dog Shape/ドッグ形 4:13 ②Rolling Up/ぐるぐる巻き 5:00 ③Braided Roll/あみあみ巻き 6:09 ④Fan Shape/扇形 7:10 ⑤Twisty Shape/エピ風 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Please turn the caption/subtitles on to see more details about the recipe★ 字幕をオンにして見るとレシピの説明が見れます😋😋 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー INGREDIENTS(10) —dough— ・300g Bread Flour ・25g Sugar ・3g Salt ・3g Dry Yeast ・100g Water (bring at room temperature) ・100g  Milk (bring at room temperature) ・25g Unsalted Butter (bring at room temperature) ・10 Sausages ・Beaten Egg (for brushing) —topping(Optional)— ・Mayo ・Tomato Sauce ・Shredded Cheese/Parmesan Cheese ・Mustard ・Dried Parsley 材料 (10個) ーーパン生地ーー ・強力粉     300g ・砂糖       25g ・塩         3g ・ドライイースト   3g ・水       100g (室温に戻したもの) ・牛乳      100g (室温に戻したもの) ・無塩バター    25g(室温に戻したもの) ・ウインナー    10本 ・溶きたまご    (塗る用) ーートッピング(お好みで)ーー ・マヨネーズ ・ケチャップ ・シュレッドチーズ/粉チーズ ・粒マスタード ・乾燥パセリ 1st rise for 40 min〜 until doubled 2nd rise for 20min〜 until doubled (Recommend 30-40℃ /// room temperature is fine but will take longer) Bake for 12min~ til cooked and golden brown at 190℃/374°F preheated oven. 1次発酵 40分〜 約2倍になるまで 2次発酵 20分〜 ひとまわり大きくなるまで (発酵は30度〜40度が適しています/室温の場合発酵時間は記載時間よりも長くなります^^) 190℃に予熱したオーブンで12分〜♩ #sausagebread #baking #ウインナーパン #パン作り #成形 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Thank you so much for watching!
