KOMPAS.TV, Jakarta Metro Police, responded to the interim ruling by the East Jakarta District Court panel of judges, which granted Tifauziah Tyassuma, also known as Doctor Tifa, in the alleged slander and defamation case related to allegations about the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Jakarta Metro Police, Senior Commissioner Iman Imanuddin, emphasized that the judge's ruling did not constitute the end of the entire legal process. According to him, although the prosecutor's indictment was declared null and void, the Public Prosecutor still has the opportunity to revise the indictment. Iman Imanuddin also confirmed that the case files of the three suspects in cluster one will soon be submitted to the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office for further legal proceedings. Meanwhile, in response to the ruling accepting Doctor Tifa's exception, Roy Suryo's former attorney, Ahmad Khozinudin, challenged Roy Suryo and Doctor Tifa to prove their research on the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, in the main trial.
