Hello everyone, Here is my latest video from my psychotherapy practice. In this format, I present case studies in spontaneous simulations from the practice of psychotherapy and philosophical practice. I want to offer a vivid glimpse into how psychotherapists work. What does therapy and an initial consultation entail? What is it about? What methods are used? What does it feel like? We will explore therapy in different settings, whether in a clinic or private practice. We will also examine various psychotherapeutic phenomena such as transference and countertransference, as well as specific situations and conflicts between therapists and clients. The case studies in the simulations are realistically improvised from my own experience, as I empathize equally with both sides. At the same time, data protection and privacy are my top priorities. All case studies are adapted and constructed from real-life stories to ensure they are as realistic and true to life as possible, and that no connection to a specific individual can be established.
