Black Swallowtail Butterfly - Life Cycle - Chrysalis - Caccoon - Caterpillar - Egg

Here is my summer experience with the life cycle of the Black Swallowtail Butterfly. They were laying eggs in my herb garden all summer long, so I collected the caterpillars and raised them in a pickle jar, and then i released them. I released over a dozen butterflies this summer.
