My Local AI JARVIS and EVE Runs My Whole Morning and it's FREE

Last time, my AI assistant looked like a cool toy. This time I didn't explain it — I let it run my entire morning, live, the same way it does every morning at 5AM. She used to be Jarvis. Now she's Eve — built alongside Jarvis with my brother. She knows me, she knows my business and my brother's business separately, and she runs on our own machines. She costs $0. She runs local. In this one I give her one command — "Eve, run my morning brief" — and she pulls my Gmail, reads my vision and goals, structures my day, and reads it all back to me: purpose first, protein target, the weather, the plan. Then I go behind the scenes and show you how she actually does it — she reads my Obsidian vault and my wiki (hundreds of indexed pages, my whole client-booking playbook), she's voice-gated so she only answers to me, and the part that matters most: she runs local, so my data never leaves the house and it costs me nothing. Everyone right now is renting their AI — paying OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and handing over every message and all their data. I run most of it on my own machine and only outsource the heavy builds, by choice. That's the whole point. It's not finished — she still gets stuck mid-task sometimes and the app is a work in progress. I'm keeping it honest.
