Sometimes People Have To Go.
Sometimes changing your life means changing the people you spend time with. When you give up drinking, change the way you eat, improve your health, or leave old habits behind, not everyone will understand. Some people genuinely miss the person you used to be because that version of you fit comfortably into their life. In this video, I talk about nearly three years without alcohol, losing weight, changing my lifestyle, and why I had to distance myself from people and situations connected to my old habits. It doesn’t mean those people are bad, and it doesn’t mean you think you’re better than anyone. Sometimes you’re simply no longer on the same page. Not everyone can follow you into the next chapter of your life—and sometimes people have to go. Thanks for watching. Happy trails!
