Combining Pedigree and Genomic Data into Plant Breeding GBLUP Analyses In this webinar we discuss and illustrate the genetic analyses that combine pedigree-based and genomic-based relationship matrices into a single analysis. This is often referred to as single-step-GBLUP (ssGBLUP) or HBLUP. We will use several R libraries and a public dataset to demonstrate how it is done, discuss the associated challenges and look at other uses for these types of analyses.
