Welcome, It's officially ocean-season. Damp sunlight, calm seas. Low-flying gulls. A time for relaxation, mental reaffirmation. A time for pier. In the old days this pier was used for visitors as a place for recreation, wellness. Taking mud-baths. The wealthy people would arrive from the capital and be greeted with a band. Now all that is left is this rickety old pier, and a man playing battery-powered synthesizers. The outfit is slipping as we're approaching summer. Long pants substituited for shorts.
