Bright Line Living: Bill & Tracy, on losing 280 pounds combined in Fairbanks, Alaska--with Dr. Susan
In this week’s edition of Bright Line Living with Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson, I talked to Bill and Tracy Krenz, our first featured couple! Bill is a truck driver and Tracy is a medical assistant, and they live in Fairbanks, Alaska. When the couple first heard about Bright Line Eating from Tracy's employer, they weren't ready to surrender. But a year later, they were invited to a BLE potluck at her employer's house, and that's when they realized it could potentially be the answer to their life-long weight-loss struggles. When they began Bright Line Eating in June of 2019, they collectively weighed more than 700 pounds. A year later, Bill has lost 150 pounds and Tracy has lost 130 pounds. They have so much more energy and motivation and feel like they're just starting to live their lives. Their motto is one that I think we could all benefit from adopting: "Create a way, not an excuse." You don't want to miss this interview! Enjoy. 🧡
