After the A-38 destroyed San Francisco and swam out to sea, reports come in of a new mutant species of dragon officials, and even the Aviation Complex Industry is calling Vitrans, aggressive carnivorous flesh blobs wearing the heads of the dragons that mutated. Meanwhile, the A-38 and another mutant the B-75 were spotted heading towards Power Plant Diablo, resulting in them fighting over their radioactive meal and decimating San Francisco even more.
