Henry 'Tooloom' Dindial from Trinidad - Bramha Ke Bardana (Thumri)

A Trinidad Thumri by Henry ‘Tooloom’ Dindial, who hailed from South Trinidad in the 1940s and 1950s. He created a distinguished orthodox style of classical singing with a modern rythmic beat and syncopation that appealed greatly to the younger generation. Apart from this, he was an accomplished harmonium player and his versatility on this instrument was highly applauded wherever he appeared.
