Know what you're doing.

Before commenting on redundancy, I always buy the expensive high end SD cards and have NEVER EVER in 20 years and using HUNDREDS of them, have NEVER had a card go bad on me or lose data. Use a cheap camera if you want, but ALWAYS use the best SD cards! Many people are obsessed with how many card slots a camera has or XLR inputs or 10 bit 422 4K 120 Log and Luts etc. Just buy high quality SD cards so you dont need redundancy. People should pick a camera by how it makes them feel, not by what the latest greatest camera is for photography or video. Here are some good examples. In this video, I feature three similar camcorder cameras... the Sony AX100 AX700 and Z90V 1 inch sensor camcorders for video vlogging photography. The Sony AX100 came out in January 2014 and has only 1 card slot, poor autofocus and no picture profiles, logs or XLR inputs. But I like it more than the Sony AX700 and Sony Z90V which both have many more pro features and awesome eye tracking autofocus. So why do I like the older Sony AX700 camcorder as the best one for me? It's smaller, lighter, simpler and has in my opinion the best color. It makes me feel good. I like simple and small. That's just me. Newer, bigger and more expensive is not always better.
