The FEV100 is a hand-held tester which simulates an EV and it's various charge states. It also allows you to check for power and run all the safety tests. The kit included adapter cables for both J1772 and Tesla connectors. Connecting it to a multimeter, such as the Fluke 87V, allows you to confirm the exact charging voltage and the maximum available charging current. Together, this allows you to test all J1772 and Tesla Level 1 and Level 2 charging stations, whether that's for confirming correct installation or troubleshooting a faulty system.
