Alasenjärven kierto – Vesistöt ja näköalapaikat Tämä 45 kilometrin mittainen maastopyöräilyreitti kiertää useita Lahden kauniita järviä ja lampia sekä nousee alueen huikeimmille näköalapaikoille: Alasenjärvi: Koko reitin keskiössä oleva pääjärvi. Reitti seuraa järven pohjoisrannan upeita maisemia Sipurantietä pitkin, jossa Viuhan kohdalla on myös hyvä uimaranta taukoa varten. Merrasjärvi ja Pesäkallio: Reitti kaartaa Alasenjärven luoteispuolelle lähelle Merrasjärveä. Täällä reitti nousee Pesäkallion luonnonsuojelualueen vaativiin maastoihin. Nousu palkitsee pyöräilijän, sillä Pesäkallion näköalapaikka kohoaa korkealle ympäröivän metsä- ja kalliomaiseman yläpuolelle tarjoten erämaisen pysähdyspaikan. Joutjärvi: Reitin läntisimmässä osassa asutuksen ja harjujen reunoilla sivuutetaan Joutjärven pohjois- ja itäpuolen metsäalueet. Kymijärvi: Paluumatkalla etelässä, Kariston ja Kolavan alueilla, reitti kulkee suuren Kymijärven rantamaisemien ja sen lahtien läheisyydessä ennen paluuta aloituspisteeseen. https://trailmap.fi/geoitems/125465 Lake Alasenjärvi Loop – Lakes, Ponds, and Viewpoints This 45-kilometer mountain biking route loops around several of Lahti's beautiful lakes and ponds, climbing up to some of the area's most stunning viewpoints: Lake Alasenjärvi: The main lake at the heart of the entire route. The trail follows the gorgeous scenery of the northern shore along Sipurantie, where the Viuha area offers a great beach for a break. Lake Merrasjärvi and Pesäkallio: The route curves to the northwest of Lake Alasenjärvi near Lake Merrasjärvi. Here, the trail climbs into the demanding terrain of the Pesäkallio Nature Reserve. The climb rewards the cyclist, as the Pesäkallio viewpoint rises high above the surrounding forest and rocky landscape, offering a wild, wilderness-like rest stop. Lake Joutjärvi: In the westernmost part of the route, along the edges of residential areas and ridges, the trail bypasses the forested areas north and east of Lake Joutjärvi.
