トレラン 山旅　高尾駅から北高尾山陵で狐塚峠へ　小下沢林道から日影沢　いろはの森コースで高尾山へ

Recently, I've begun to understand the joy of running. I decided to head to the mountains, hoping to run in nature with clean air. I ran to the Keio Line station and took the train to Takao Station. I was thinking of taking the route from the Komakino Course entrance to Kita-Takaosan Mausoleum, up to Mount Jinba, and then down to Fujino Station, but my wife said she wanted to come to Mount Takao, so we decided to descend to Kogezawa Forest Road at Kitsunezuka Pass and go to Hikagesawa. After that, we took the Iroha no Mori Course to Mount Takao. I spent a relaxing time at Mount Takao. I've descended the Iroha no Mori Course several times, but this was my first time climbing. It was a great course. There are many great places around Mount Takao. I missed the Atago Jizoson trailhead to Kita-Takaosan Mausoleum from the Komakino Course entrance, got lost, and ended up bushwhacking.
