SHORE JIGGING | SYDNEY | CHASING BIG MAC TUNA

A couple hours of daylight to fish an empty ledge in pretty sketchy conditions. My light - medium setup getting tested on some heavy macs. Bit of context, I jigged my little heart out for 6 hours day before and being new to the technique I was definitely feeling it. Swell was 2.1M with strong winds making it a battle. Not recommended! Always wear cleats & life jacket and keep in regular phone contact with someone. Meskell’s Lessons Learnt: Don’t wear long pants when the swells are bigger as the pants create a lot of drag on the lower legs and makes it very easy to loose footings.
