40 min. Full Body Strength & Conditioning Workout

We are combining strength and conditioning for an amazing full-body workout!! We are hitting all the major muscle groups in the upper body, lower body, and core! During today's training, we will combine strength exercises with a conditioning move. This workout will boost your metabolism as we alternate between strength and cardio! 40-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy weights for the strength exercises and moderately heavy weights for the power exercises!
