Kad libbākh ṭaʿen ḥemlā d’yawmā, nehwe qālā d’Moryā lāk menūḥā. W’kad reʿyānākh mettardīn ayk yammā d’lā shalyā, nehwe šēmēh lāk maṭlā d’šēnā. W’kol d’kaʾbā d’ṭmīr b’libbākh, nehwe qdām Moryā ayk ʿuqbā d’ṭalyūthā. B’ramshā w’b’ṣaprā, nehwe šlāmēh ḥawlākh ayk šūrā d’nūhrā. Shlama nehwe ʿal libbākh, w’napshākh teškōn b’ḥubbēh d’Alāhā. Ameyn. ENGLISH MEANING Peace be upon your heart, and stillness within your soul. Like the dew of morning descending in silence, may the mercy of God rest upon you. May the light of compassion become the support of your thoughts when the world trembles around you. May the peace of Christ descend upon your spirit and renew within you a rest that does not fade. When your heart carries the weight of the day, may the voice of the Lord become your rest. And when your thoughts are troubled like an unquiet sea, may His name become for you a shelter of peace.
