25 AÑOS SIN SABERLO (lo sospechaba) - TDAH
For much of my life, I thought I was stupid, disorganized, undisciplined, or that something was wrong with my brain. At 25, I was officially diagnosed with ADHD, and so much of my life is starting to make sense now that I have the diagnosis. Today, I'm sharing a little bit of my life and my personal experience living with ADHD without being diagnosed until now, how it affected my studies, my productivity, and the things I've learned about it. If you have ADHD or suspect you might, some of this will probably sound familiar. I'd love to read about your experience in the comments. Follow me for more content about my life, medicine, science, lifestyle, and whatever else comes to mind along the way, haha. Love you if you read this!
