Trying To Run A Sub 17 minute 5k At My FIRST Parkrun | The Rebuild EP 5

This episode of the rebuild sees me put my 6 weeks of training to the test over a 5km parkrun. The aim? To run under 17 mins for the 5K distance. So we get the help of trusty cameraman  @tomgillbanks  and some pacing help from the legend Mo Hashi. This is a full race breakdown as i take you through my whole race and reveal to you near the end what time we walked away with (Spoiler, it wasn't what we expected).
