Ishihara Kitchen was founded by residents with the aim of revitalizing the Ishihara district of Tosa Town, located in the mountains of Kochi Prefecture. Nanaka Mitani (25), a member of Ishihara Kitchen and originally from Osaka City, handles everything from product development to manufacturing and sales. After graduating from Kochi University in 2021, she moved to Tosa Town, Kochi Prefecture, and is working to revitalize the local area.
