Jay's Famous Fresh Pueblo Chile SALSA

Let's turn up the heat on Crazy Delicious Cooking with a special guest and some fresh, homemade SALSA!! Jay is joining us on this episode straight from his kitchen to show us how to make his famous salsa. He's bringing flavors from Mexico and Colorado and as you see there's a special ingredient involved in this spicy treat! The key ingredient for Jay's Famous Salsa is the Pueblo Chile. Originally from Colorado, Jay grew up with this stuff! His family even knows the family from Milberger Farms where we got the chiles we used in the episode from. Upon opening the package they smell earthy but spicy and make the perfect ingredient for so many dishes. (Think: add to breakfast potatoes, make a Pueblo Slopper (Google it!) or make a fresh batch of chili.) The best part about this recipe is that it's fast and easy! All you need to do is rough chop all your ingredients and throw them into a blender. Boom, SALSA!!!
