Ingredients: 2 cans of pitted olives 🫒 Flour 🍚 Salt 🧂 Black pepper ⚫ Smoked paprika 🌶️ Oregano 🌿 Olive oil 🫒 Water 💧 Panko breadcrumbs 🍞 150 g (5.3 oz) of unsweetened greek yogurt 🥣 Chopped dill 🌱 Lemon juice 🍋 Instructions: 1. Line the bottom of the air fryer bowl with parchment paper. 2. Strain 2 cans of pitted olives through a sieve. 3. Transfer the olives to a bowl and sprinkle with flour. Stir to coat all the olives in flour. 4. Prepare the batter: add flour to a bowl, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Add a little olive oil and water. Mix a thick batter. 5. Add the floured olives to the batter and mix well. 6. Transfer the olives to panko breadcrumbs and roll them completely in breadcrumbs. 7. Transfer to the air fryer bowl. 8. Bake in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 190°C (375°F). 9. Prepare the sauce: add 150 g (5.3 oz) of unsweetened greek yogurt, chopped dill, black pepper, salt, and a little lemon juice. Mix until smooth. 10. Get a plate and crumpled parchment for the olives. 11. Place the glazed olives on parchment. 12. Put the sauce next to it.
