1958 Chevrolet Apache Pickup Walk Around (restored)

(Originally recorded February 25, 2015) Mike Phillips shares info on our 1958 Chevy Apache Pickup. It is very well kept and mostly restored and ready to drive - For Sale Right Now! The body on the truck is very straight. The previous family had the vehicle in their family for the past 53 years! The paint has been touched up on areas of the frame and much of the engine interior being repainted. There are several areas where we have paint matched minor chips or scratches and the paintwork is excellent! The truck has a almost new "GM 350 Crate Motor." We do not have documentation to support this, although our inspection leads us to believe this is true. We have gone through the truck to repair any leaks. Many features were tightened up and adjusted by our master mechanic. The interior is very clean and looks almost new! Mechanically the truck is in very good condition. The Apache's glass and mirrors are in good condition except the drivers wing vent window does have some bubbling around the edges. The body trim pieces are in good condition and the bumpers are in excellent shape. The bed of the truck has fresh varnish and the wood is in great condition overall.
