When the volunteers at the OCC Processing Centers are inspecting shoeboxes, they may find boxes that need to be filled up a little more or may need to replace an item that they have to take out because it is not allowed to be sent. So, donations of filler items to the PC’s are always welcome. You can drop the items off at the same collection sites where you drop off your packed up shoeboxes.
